Car Hauling & Transport Across North America
Convenient door-to-door transport can be arranged for an additional fee, bringing your vehicle to our shop and returning it to you once the work is complete.
What this work involves
Car hauling is a separate service from the work we do in the shop. It exists because many of the vehicles we restore, repair or paint are not daily drivers, and owners often need them moved safely over long distances without adding wear, mileage or risk.
Transport is arranged as a door to door service using enclosed carriers suited to classic and specialty vehicles. The same care that applies to the work in the shop applies to how the vehicle is loaded, secured and protected on the road.
This is not a general freight service. It is a specialty transport option for vehicles that are valuable, unfinished, non running or simply not suited to an open deck or a long road trip.
How the work is carried out
- 01Route and timingWe confirm the pickup location, destination, vehicle condition and preferred timing so the right carrier and schedule can be matched to the move.
- 02Condition documentationThe vehicle is photographed and its condition noted before loading so there is a clear record on both ends of the trip.
- 03Pickup and loadingThe carrier loads the vehicle using the right equipment for its ride height, condition and clearance.
- 04TransitThe vehicle travels enclosed and secured, with updates available on request depending on the carrier and route.
- 05DeliveryThe vehicle is unloaded, inspected against the pickup record and handed over at the agreed destination.

- A restoration or repair project that needs to reach the shop from another city or state.
- A vehicle that cannot be driven safely or legally over the distance required.
- Moving a collector car to a new home, show, storage facility or restoration shop.
- Avoiding road wear, weather exposure or added mileage on a finished or fragile vehicle.
